I don't sell

This is probably my hardest signature to date. Tomlinson was at a golf tournament I attended and he would just not budge when I asked for his autograph. He would either ignore me and keep walking or mumble something under his breath in regards to "I don't sign for adults". He was a willing signer to kids though. I guess this is an athlete that just has those weird signing habits. He will sign for kids, but not adults. He would sign for kids but only footballs and not jerseys or helmets. I wonder if this has to do with the fact that he charges over $350 a piece for a jersey or helmet. Hmm??

Anyhow, back to my story. The following day I saw him in the lobby of the hotel he was staying at and thought of trying a different approach. I left everything behind and approached him with nothing in hand, I called to him for a little chat. I told him "I have a jersey that I'd like to get signed. I don't sell my stuff and you can personalize it if it makes you feel better." To a surprise, he responds "where is it?" and I said "give me one second to get it." Being prepared, it was on a chair just a few feet away from where I stopped him to chat. As you can see, he personalized my jersey and gave me a very nice signature. For me, I could careless about personalization as I don't sell my items.
